Older Style Princess Tilda & the Frog

Happy Saturday Stampers,

Oops, I found this card a few weeks ago, I made it way back in January, then forgot to show you. I know it's way past Valentine's Day, but it work for an Engagement, Anniversary etc. and it fits in with the new Fairies & Princesses coming soon, I thought why not. Kellie from Tickled Pink Stamps got me hooked on some of Magnolia's older style stamps, I would love to give them a try with Distress Inks next time.

Magnolia Stamps - Tilda (Princess Noni from Summer 2006 Sun & Rain Collection). Tilda & Edwin - (SP06 Vi Två from Winter Spring 2006 Collection) & Be My Valentine text (Valentine 2009 Collection).  I used the January sketch from Mojo Monday, coloured the images with Copic Markers, used my favourite Martha Stewart border punch and lots of Star Dust stickes. Papers and crystals from Kaisercraft and cut the card with my Cricut using my favourite Doily Card from Wildcard cartridge and finished it with a little machine stitching. Tilda inside the card is paper pieced to match the sentiment side of the card. A fun card with not much colouring. Inside text is computer generated.

I am working on some cards for the next Magnolia Ink Magazine, so won't have anything new for you for a few days. Thanks for stopping by and hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Don't forget Kellie at Tickled Pink Stamp has a sale on this weekend - 15% off all stamps and this includes Magnolia Fairytale Collection listed for pre-order, and the sassy new Kraftin Kimmie stamps.

Valentine's Vintage Tilda

Hello Lovelies,

Sorry, I am a behind again this week, after catching up from my Christmas holiday break.  Then last week I was struck down with a virus, it started with a bad headache that lasted a few days and grew from there. A very quick post from me today. Thank you to everyone for visiting and leaving such wonderful comments, I will drop by soon to leave you some love in return. Cyber hugs to you all and again thank you.

This card was made for the Challenge over at
Just Magnolia - Hearts & Flowers.
If you are looking for inspiration, visit Just Magnolia's talented DT's, their creations are amazing.

& Cute Card Thursday - Blooming Gorgeous

Oops, I did not realise at the time of making this card how similar it is to my Christmas Card, oh well at least I'm consistent.

As most of you know I love flowers, I've used a mixture of flowers, some heart paper, a heart button sewn onto the silk bow. The images are both from Magnolia, another favourite from the latest Christmas collection So Jolly & Under the Mistletoe, Vintage Tilda, perfect for occasions all year round. The doily is from the wonderful Kellie of Magnolia Down Under. Coloured with copic markers.

Have a great week.
