Welcome to preview Day 1 - Lil Lolita - Ivy

We are doing the happy dance, at last we can share with you our exciting news,  Kellie from Tickled Pink Stamps has her very own line of stamps coming out and she has named them Lil Lolita's. Ivy is the first to be previewed and over the next five days we will be introducing a new Lil Lolita. We have been bursting to share these quirky fun girls with you and as most of you know, I normally only play with Magnolia stamps, but fell in love with these the minute I saw them. You must see what the other Design Team Members have created, they are all amazing here..... Kellie will have these available in her store for pre-order on Thursday May 13 here once all the Lil Lolita's have been revealed.

A little birdie told me.....

Hello Lovelies,

Almost the weekend, hope you've had a great week and found time to fit in some stamping.

I made this for a little boy going into to hospital and was under strict instructions to make it bright and cheery without looking girly. Well the bright & cheery was easy but I always struggle wanting to add flowers, bows and sparkle, it always seems to be missing something without them. The little frog hops from card to card.  How cute is that little bird. I chose Edwin with cap as he looks just like our ginger haired little Jake.

Magnolia Down Under Challenges - Make a Wish

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I have had another super busy week, making DT cards to send off to Magnolia Sweden for the next Magnolia Ink Magazine. Wow, talk about nervous, my mojo has not been to good to me lately. Hopefully now my cards have been posted off, I can relax and get back into the swing of things. I stamped & cut Tilda twice to give my card some dimension (see side view), airbrushed the background a little in blue B12 (normally I use B41 but wanted to match Tilda's sleeves).
