OMG look at Amy's Blog Candy - run don't walk

This is what a 1000 sheets of cut paper looks like.  

Amy Young is celebrating a very different type of milestone, not only is she celebrating her 1st blogaversary, (I know, looks like she has been making her gorgeous creations for years) she has been keeping track of how long it would take her to cut 1000 sheets of pattern paper from her cards and it only took a couple weeks over her anniversary. Woohoo, HAPPY 1st Blogaversary and a very happy 1000 sheets of paper Amy.

Perhaps she is just a bit crazy to send all of this to one person, so she is breaking it apart into five candies of 200 sheets each and there's more, so run on over and check out all the amazing goodies she is giving away and leave her some loving here!!!!!!!!!!!

Tickled Pink Monthly Challenge # 4

It's time for another Tickled Pink Monthly Challenge # 4

This month Kellie has given us another fab sketch to follow.

I love sketches it makes it so much easier, not too much thinking needed. I sort of  stuck to the sketch, oh ok not quite, but rules are meant to be broken.

Another plain card for me, no flowers, I didn't think it needed too much with this sweet Tilda, she is so sweet and to tell the truth my mojo has gone walkabout again since I was sick, hoping it comes back soon and of course not as much room on shaped cards to play around with.

I pulled out my prisma's again, I love Tab's beautiful colouring, thought I would give my pencils  another try. I stamped Tilda up a couple of times and popped her up for some dimension. I love the new Magnolia Doohickey dies and especially Tilda Lace.

It's the Boss Lady's Birthday - Happy Birthday Kellie

It’s our fabulous boss lady aka Kellie Winnell’s Birthday! We are having the most fun suprise hop for her, and believe me when I say SUPRISE we have such a great surprise up our sleeves for this amazingly talented kind hearted, generous boss/friend of ours.

The pink ladies have joined forces with lil Lolita boutique for this fun birthday hop day!

The Gorgeous Debbie had an idea and approached Christine the designer of our gorgeous Lolitas, and on the sly asked if she would design a KELLITA! Then Debbie let Kristy in on the secret and asked if she would like to help, of course Princess said yes! So together Debbie & Kristy sent pictures and ideas of what Kellita should look like....... So lets begin the hop so you can see our fabulous Kellita Birthday cards and join us in wishing Kellie a very happy birthday!

About the card, a little plain for me, no flowers (just about a first for me) I was going to go with pink & black, Kellie's favourite colours, but I struggled a bit getting the right shade of pink with Kellie's beautiful red hair, and then thought what the heck, I will try something a little different with these colours, and I must say I love them. NOT a Easel card you say, (it is, but I can't show you the inside until the new stamps have been released, bahahahaha) The wings are from a Tim Holtz Alterations die, I was inspired by the talented Debra, with a Lil Lolita she made a little while back. Lots of bling added (available at TPS of course) I hope Kellie likes it.

MDUC Birthday Challenge

I hope you are all well and find time for a little crafting this weekend. Some of my USA blogging friends spent time in Chicago for Summer CHA, so many yummy new goodies coming soon, I can't wait. Looks like you all had such a wonderful time, I would love to visit when CHA is on, it has been a few years since my last visit, maybe next year!!!

Over the last month or so, there has been a lot of birthdays within the team and speaking of birthdays, it was Chantelle's yesterday,

I coloured up the new Tilda with Gifts from the Wedding Collection, but noticed she was very popular with some of the other DT's this week, so I decided to ink up another of my favourites, she needed some loving, it's been a while since she came out to play.


I stamped Tilda twice and popped her up for dimension, airbrushed the background, also tucked one of Magnolia's gorgeous Vintage Tags in behind the sentiment for a handwritten message.
