I know what you are all thinking, where are all your Magnolia creations, well at long last I have made a card with this beautiful Magnolia from the Fairytale Collection, Ballerina Tilda, she is a new favourite, but I must admit I loooooooooooove the whole range from this collection.

My Tickled Pink Stamps DT package from our wonderful Boss Lady Kellie arrived the other day and it was overflowing with some yummy goodies. All of the following items are available from Tickled Pink Stamps.

Its such a shame you can't see the sparkle IRL, I tried to get the right angle, but no sun here today. I cut Tilda out a couple of times for some dimension. A smothered the edges of the cardstock in stickles and sprayed the flowers with glimmer mist.

Lil Lolita TPS DT Challenge - Ivy goes to Wonderland

I hope you are all having a wonderful week, I know a lot of you are or have been sick, I hope you are all starting to feel a little better, so many horrible bugs going around. I am at last out of bed and back in my craft room and hoping my mojo returns with my health.

It's time for another Tickled Pink Challenge, this week Kellie has given us DT's a challenge to use ribbons on any of her gorgeous Lil Lolita's, too easy, I looooove ribbons and bows, and love these gorgeous girls, such a hard decision, I love them all, but this time I have chosen the sassy Miss Ivy. Kellie now has them in stock and ready to ship and still on sale if you hurry.

I decided it was time I entered a challenge over at Oh Alice, this week the challenge is to use this sketch, I love it and can see myself using often.

Tickled Pink Stamps Lil Lolita DT Challenge

Hello Stampers, Happy Saturday,

Kellie set us DT's a challenge to use one of the gorgeous Tickled Pink Stamps new Lil Lolita's and I chose the sassy Miss Willow. The challenge was to use Pink, black, brown & cream/white. (silly me thought I had to use brown & black, but it is brown OR black. (I struggled trying to incorporate both colours and then decided to colour her hair brown) (also the photo shows the sentiment a little crooked but it's not IRL, I need to retake the photo in daylight for better lighting)

I decided to make an Easel card just for a change bahahahha (I was inspired by this beautiful card by our very own Debbie). The black patterned acetate is from the Kristy's new Delicious Papercrafting online store. Love it, you can get so many looks just by laying it over different coloured papers. Some of the flowers & the sweet friends charm are from Tickled Pink Stamps. Kellie has a great range of charms (more on the way), gorgeous lace & flowers and not forgetting Lil Lolita's have arrived instore & on sale, woohoo.

Copic Certification in Australia

Me & Marianne, looks like Marianne is still a little jet lagged

I'm a little late posting my exciting news, last Thursday I was one of the lucky one's to take part in the very first Copic Certification Course in Australia with the Copic gurus of the world, Marianne Walker & Lori Craig. XPress GraphX - Copic Australia flew the girls all the way from the USA to run two Certification training sessions, one in Sydney on May 6 and the other in Melbourne May 8. They are only here for a very short time, and will be training our very own Debra James as a Regional Trainer for Western Australia & some other Ladies for other parts of Australia to run all future Certification Training in Australia.

Marianne Walker (I Like Markers), Jonny (XPress GraphX) and Lori Craig (Splitcoast Stampers) 

The other highlight of my day was to meet the gorgeous Kylie a fellow Design Team member for Tickled Pink Stamps, her creations are amazing and Sammi from Mad for Markers, a Copic on-line store,  in person today! Thanks Kylie and Sammi, you made my day so much fun and even more special.

I thought I would share a few photos of the day, apologies for the quality & I certainly wasn't looking my best with only 4 hours sleep, it was a huge day after my early start getting up 4.30am , but anyways the photos are a bit fun.

Happy Mothers Day - MDUC

It's Mothers Day in Australia today. For all you Mother's out there, wishing a very special day.

It is also time for another Magnolia Down Under Challenge and this week it is PAPER TOLE.

I enjoyed this challenge, as most of my cards are paper toled, maybe not in the true sense, but I always like to add some extra layers for dimension & to give a little life to my cards.

I made this Easel card for my Mum, as a lot of you know she has not been well, but everyday she is a lot stronger.

The gorgeous papers are October Afternoon's Fly a Kite from Delish Papercrafting. This is my very first Magnolia stamp purchased Sommar Tilda med with Hat from the Shabby Chic Summer 2009 Collection, I still love her, she was feeling a little neglected,  so I thought I would show her some love. I also used another Magnolia Stamp -  Love Heart sentiment - Love Collection 2009 - Mothers hold our hands for a while sentiment - Stampendous, Doily from Tickled Pink Stamps. Machine stitching.
